Inner strength and steadiness are core to stability and moving through life with greater ease. This session is focused on exactly that.
It’s really pretty easy to hold that inner strength and stability when we are by ourselves, for the most part. The difficulties arise when our environment does not cooperate with us in some way. Life is never a straight smooth flow and it’s important to learn to hold that core strength and steadiness for ourselves regardless.
When we feel we can’t, often times the reaction is to clear up the external mess or situation so that we can go back to that feeling that steadiness and stability. The problem is that does not bring us what we are needing in that moment.
Often times, with what is happening externally to us as well as what is coming up for us at those deeper, non-physical levels, there is nothing we can do. Helplessness, even hopelessness may start to show up. Instead of running away through doing something or acting as if we are fine or happy, it’s best to let ourselves be present with what is. This doesn’t mean sinking into that helplessness or hopelessness. What it Does mean, is staying in the awareness of our physical presence, our bodies, in the present time-space and noticing what these bring up for us – the inability to change anything external to us.
This session is the experience of being in that place and feeling both that inner strength along side the helplessness and hopelessness. The stillness arises taking away inability and giving way to simply Being from which a new way can present itself.
Each session is a stand alone group frequency repatterning session and the focus is decided according to what the group needs in the moment.
