Self love is something that most people never really learn to have for themselves. No one really had a good model to learn from and over the generation the sense of that gets bogged down with day to day getting by.
It doesn’t have to be that way but it’s tough not knowing how to find the way to have that for ourselves. How do we know if we really have that self-love? How can we be sure that we are practicing it for ourself? How do we recognize what it is and what it’s not?
In this session of Coming Into Being, we delve into just that. First I talk some about what that means, how that looks like, so that we can start to implement the how-to. It might feel difficult at first because it generally is so far from the programming instilled early on and from other life times, let alone the collective.
